Taking care of your CloudBag keeps it looking great, and extends the life of your bag. Follow the care and cleaning instructions below to ensure your CloudBag remain great looking & comfortable.
All CloudBag covers are extremely dirt and stain resistant, however, there will be times when you may need to provide some form of cleaning to the outer cover.
Whether you CloudBag luxury cover is our Velvet, or faux-fur, most of the time spot cleaning will be more than adequate to remove a dirty spot or mark on your cover. Using warm water and a
specialist upholstery cleaner, gently wipe down surface to remove general dirty areas. Liquid dish soap is an example of a mild detergent. Don’t not use abrasive cleaners because they may etch
and discolour your fabric. Once this is done you should gently dry areas with a dry cloth to remove any dampness on your CloudBag luxury cover. When vacuuming the floors in and around your
CloudBag, give your CloudBag a hand vacuum from time to time for extra protection.
Periodically it is a good idea to give your CloudBag luxury cover a full wash. To do this; fully unzip the outer cover and remove it off your inner-bag. Once your CloudBag luxury cover is removed
from your inner-bag, zip up the cover and give it a cold, gentle, hand wash with a mild detergent. We recommend that covers are allowed to line dry in the shade & covers should NEVER be placed
in a dryer.

New CloudBag covers are available to purchase separately. This is a great idea to enable a change of cover with the seasons. Try Luxury faux-fur in winter and outdoor
fabric for summer.
Inner bags should never be opened. Foam spilling out can create a big mess. If your inner foam ever gets wet, place it in an elevated, well ventilated area.
All CloudBag luxury covers are washable. Our covers are made from durable, hard wearing & stain resistant fabrics. Most of the time spot cleaning will be more than adequate to remove a dirty spot or mark on
your cover. However, there will be times when you may need to give your CloudBag cover a full wash.
To wash your CloudBag cover in a washing machine. Using a small amount of mild liquid detergent only, set your cycle to a gentle cold wash, and only use a gentle spin dry cycle. Then remove your cover from the
washing machine and hang it out to drip dry. We recommend covers being line dried in the shade after washing. Do not tumble dry.
Keeping your sensory foam soft & full.
Occasionally fluff and roll your CloudBag. The more you fluff up your CloudBag the softer and fuller it will stay. We recommend you, flip, roll, turn and bounce on your CloudBag bag as much as possible.
Proper Use.
• Do not place CloudBag on rough surfaces (i.e. concrete, outdoor surfaces)
• Do not jump on CloudBag.
• Avoid sitting in CloudBag while wearing clothing/accessories with sharp metal edges. (i.e. belt buckles, wristbands, jewelry)
• Keep CloudBag away from animals with claws and/or sharp teeth that can puncture the fabric.
• Avoid leaving your CloudBag in areas of direct sunlight for long time duration.
